EXCITING NEWS ! It is our pleasure to let you know that our office will reopen on June 01, 2020. We are looking forward to getting back to work and seeing all of you again. As expected there will be some changes implemented in order to best serve and protect both our patients and our staff.... 1. All patients will be required to wear a mask or face covering over their mouth AND nose at all times while inside the clinic 2. We are booking at a much reduced capacity which will allow for physical distancing within our clinic 3.We ask that if you have cough, fever, sore throat, difficulty breathing or have tested positive for COVID-19 you inform reception PRIOR to coming into the clinic and rebook your appointment to a later date 4. No walk-ins will be accepted. Treatment will be provided BY APPOINTMENT ONLY 5. We kindly ask that only the person with the appointment come into the clinic, with the exception of anyone who requires physical assistance and minors (which will be limited to ONE parent/caregiver per patient) We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
