Monday I was fine. And Tuesday, it seemed like my milk was just gone. Supply issues suck. Knowing that you’re not making enough for your baby sucks. Feeling like you’re not enough sucks. I’m back on the Domperidone. Peeing every 3 minutes because I’m drinking so much water (a slight exaggeration). I’ve ordered some drinks and supplements - in the mean time. This one is loving her formula and frozen milk top ups. Second baby has me feeling a lot more chill about low milk suppl...y. But it’s still there. Still frustrating. Still out of my control.
