Studies show that too cold or hot weather may pose a barrier to outdoor physical activities so some people prefer to have access to indoor workout opportunities. This situation has even worsened since the pandemic started. Burnaby Seniors Outreach will be holding an online Physical Activity session with the topic of Movement, Improvement (mix of guided meditation, physical activity and dance) on Friday, December 4, 1:00- 2:00 pm by Kinesiologist Parham Elmi. Invitation link provided upon RSVP to [email protected].
