We would like to apologize again for the inconvenience of rescheduling Dr. Rod’s Friday and Saturday appointments after one of his sons showed mild cold symptoms. As we expected however all Covid tests have come back negative. Dr. Rod will be extending this weeks treatment times in order to try to accommodate everyone who was inconvenienced ... WE ARE OPEN!!! We are extremely pleased to announce that the Ontario Ministry of Health has approved the reopening of chiropractic clinics in the province, effective immediately. This removes the previous restrictions of Emergency care only. Be advised that due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we have rearranged our doctors schedules. In order to adhere to social distancing, we must limit the number of patients at the clinic at any one time, which will somewhat limit our a...vailability. We will, however, make every attempt to fit in all requests for appointments in as timely a manner as possible. If you would like to book an appointment, please call the clinic (613-592-7660), rather than sending an email. We are experiencing a tremendously high volume of calls at this time, if you are unable to get through to the front desk please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. Please note the following requests, which are designed to keep you, other patients, clinic staff, and doctors safe: If you own a mask, we strongly recommend that you wear it while in our clinic Please come alone to your appointment, unless you require assistance Please come in to the clinic at the time of your appointment. If you arrive early, please call the front desk to see if you can proceed upstairs. This way we can limit the number of people in the waiting room Please understand that if you arrive late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule you, as late arrivals could impact our patient flow for the rest of the day If you have errands to do while you are out, please come to your appointment first. This way there are fewer "contact points" between home or work, and the clinic. Hello everyone, About 10-15mins ago I made some changes and hopefully that will stop our account from sending any more emails.
