From Jenny McMillian: Coming home from my trip last week in Northern Idaho has had me really thinking about a lot of things. I had more personal growth on that trip than I ever imagined....AND it deepened my appreciation for what Young Living does...the lengths they go to...to make sure we get pure, unadulterated oils. I saw first hand how we grow and take of the trees...how harvesting is done with care and not just scraping the land for the highest yield. I participated in... the thoughtfulness that goes into distilling. It's an art and a science. The amount of time that the plant chips are in the distiller matters. Too short and you only get the smell, not the therapeutic benefits...but that would be cheaper...and that is exactly what other companies do to earn a buck. The essential oil industry is not new. It dates back to Bible times. In fact, it was common place practice to have oils in your home for all sorts of uses. Recently, we've seen a resurgence of people wanting to learn more and it is SO EXCITING because of what these oils can do and how they can help people. Unfortunately, we live in a world where there are a lot of facades... lots of fake and sensational things. Some companies will claim an oil is pure when, if fact, it is NOT. While they are doing this, several ER members are noticing that they are randomly being dropped from ER. **Take a screenshot or run a report of your members on ER TODAY and check weekly to make sure nobody accidentally fell off. No worries...it is easily fixed...just don't let it go over a month. Check your downline regularly the next few months. If this happens, contact your upline Silver or Gold or Platinum leader first and have them contact their YL leadership person. For the next few months, it will be good practice for us to REVIEW our organizations on the virtual office every week or every two weeks. Really know your people.
