They can cover a wide range of topics including: Relationship challenges Depression, stress, and anxiety... Addictions Parenting challenges and conflict Trauma and change We are proud to have this partnership with The Family Centre, so families can benefit from even more seamless and meaningful services no matter the level of support needed.

A Spring 2021 Program Update We were hopeful that government restrictions would have eased in time for the launch of our Spring session to allow in-person programs. As you may have seen in our brochure, we eagerly went ahead with planning in-person programs timed accordingly with the provincial Path Forward steps. However, with the latest updates, we have decided to only offer virtual programs for this session. Some programs will not be able to run virtually and have been rem...oved. Our brochure will not accurately reflect these changes, so we encourage you to review our website for the most up-to-date information. We look forward to the day we can welcome visitors back, but in the meantime, we're so happy to see you online! We'll also have many take-home kit options.
