Stuff we all have it. Some of us want to streamline our lives while others are looking to downsize. Whatever your reasons, along with the stuff, comes memories - the dining room set that hosted family suppers and celebrations, the t-shirt that you bought at a rock legend’s concert or the piece of pottery made by a close friend. These things hold stories. So let’s tell them. This way we can keep the story and give the object away. ... Join Lea Storry on Zoom for writing exercises instruction in finding focus outlining your story writing description as well as discussions on memories, mindfulness and how to pass down our most valuable possessions our stories. Be prepared to share your stories and ideas. No prerequisites or pre-existing pieces of writing are necessary for participation in this course.
