Oh my word. We did it. I had till April 12th to complete my 100 masks that I set out to donate to @rawartistscanada Mask making initiative. I actually never thought I would complete 100. These masks are going to DDRC- Developmental Disability Resource Centre, The Mustard Seed and Inn from the cold. Thank you #RAWCanadaMakingMasks for creating a wonderful thing Thank you again to @the_grape_girl , @88keyst, @knudsen9235 and Alana Gordon for your donations of either time or money. I am very grateful for the help. . Thank you to my wonderful little family. @lilygordon35 was a huge help, @dill7727 helped with pattern making and pipe cleaner cutting and Cody even got in there too. #grateful #inthistogether #bekind #givingback #bekindtoyourself #rawartistscanada #rawartistscalgary

Thank you #RAWCanadaMakingMasks for organizing this initiative. I am proud to be a part of it. I will try and make more for those that have reached out and for those in need of them. #hanginthere #bekind. I have felt a little lost these last few weeks. Not sure what to say or do or feel, then this message came to my inbox and I decided to give it a try. The kids and I have moved the scrunchie making business into a mask making initiative. Using all the material and elastic we had to make masks for those in need. The RAW market that I was involved in for my bracelets, made a call out to all makers to take part, if they could, to make masks. The RAW team called the hospitals, shelters, nursing homes and front line business to see if there was a need. The masks made, all across Canada will go to hospital visitors, discharge patients and hospital volunteers. We will make as many as we can #RAWCanadaMakingMasks
