To help limit the spread of COVID-19, Fanshawe will continue to offer classes in both fully-online and blended format (i.e. through a mix of face-to-face and online delivery) during the winter 2021 semester.... Our Food Service Worker program will provide students with the skills and abilities required to perform effectively in institutional food preparation settings, whether in hospital or long-term facilities. ...
