Food for thought ..a Thanksgiving message In this season of gratitude, we would like to give thanks for all of the wonderful things people in our community do for our Northumberland Fare Share Food Bank. We are extremely grateful for all of our contributors who fund our work with their generous gifts. Community sponsors and supporters don't just share their money with us, they also donate time collecting food, organizing food drives and fundraisers. Our "front line" dedicated volunteers have worked diligently and met many challenges that have allowed us to keep our Fare Share Food Bank open during this pandemic. A heartfelt thank you!

Volunteers Helping Volunteers Feed Our Neighbours Wayne Symon’s Auto Sales held a fundraising tire swap Friday May 8th, in support of our organization. Although they were laid off, technicians Ron Martino and Harry Young plus Wayne, volunteered to change winter to summer tires all day. Wayne requested $40 for an unmounted swap or $80 for a swap needing mounting. All monies were donated. They raised $2500!!!... Another example of how generous our community is
