Please, take a moment and watch the recap video of our latest Mental Health Awareness Event. As you may already know, mental health is a layered, complex & uncomfortable issue. It’s not a simple, easy task and we all need to work together to overcome the elephant in the room. At our lastest event, our host Sherry Privé threw the Kindness Flower Bouquet and Maryam Parsa caught the bouquet and following our tradition, she co-hosted the next event for mental health awareness w...ith me on Feb 28th, 2019. We wanted to take a moment and say thanks to all the gentlemen who walked in high heels to bring mental health awareness in this event. As high heels may look good on the outside, but are actually extremely uncomfortable for the person walking in them just like the person who's dealing with mental health issues. And a sincere thank you to all of our sponors and to all those that helped in making this event a success. Please don't forget to like our page and stay tuned for our next mental health awareness event coming up very soon! Dealing with a lot of broken hearts at my work. Broken heart syndrome is real, think hard when making a promise. Happily ever afters don't just happen by chance, and most certainly wont last long by disregard. "Till death do us apart" is not just a pretty common term to be used, on wedding wows, ... its intentional purposeful & requires full time, dedication. Relationships are serious, when you are considering to start one; Try to say only, what you mean and mean, everything you say. Always match your actions according your promises, & don't commit, unless you intend to pledge endlessly. See more

It's painful to say goodbye to someone you don't want to let go, but its more painful to make someone to stay when they want to leave.

Happy Mother's day to all! Although Mother's Day is traditionally for recognising and pampering mums, it can be a trying time for many people; those who have lost their mothers and mothers who have lost children for example. What a wrench it must be also, for those women who have never had the benefit of a loving, caring relationship with their mothers. However, most of us have someone in our lives to whom we have turned in times of crisis, friends and relatives upon whose sh...oulders we have cried and those who have shone a ray of hope upon us in desperate times. Those are the people who should be remembered on Mother's Day, irrespective of their gender or their biological connection to us. Mother's Day is for anyone who has mothered someone and for anyone who has carried a child, whether that applies to biological mothers, adoptive mothers, stepmothers, foster mothers, care providers, childminders, mothers who've lost a child, single mothers, single dads, grandmothers, aunties, sisters or close friends.
