We often don't associate poor breathing patterns with intelligence. Consider that mouth breathing interfers with the quality of your sleep and oxygen supply to your brain and organs. Surprisingly true! Less Effort and more efficiency can also be applied to Feldenkrais principles. Are you looking for an easy satisfying breath when things get stressful? Try calming the breath by stilling your breath at the end of an exhale. Pausing at the bottom of the exhale can be very calming if done with awareness.
