Obviously, with COVID-19 on the rise, we’re taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of our staff and guests. Hey I just wanted to do a little intro - we’re Matt and Jenn, your hosts at Farmhill! First! Huge thanks for the support. It means so much to have you following along our journey - potential client or not, the fact that you’re here is incredible to us - SO THANK YOU! Second! We thought we’d share some random facts about us and Farmhill! 1. We love ANY opportunity to be fancy and get dressed up. 2. We’re pretty huge fans of great wine (holla @rollinggrape ) and craft ... 3. Farmhill is located on my (Jenn’s) family farm - recently coined Millen+Smith Acres (@thesmithfits ) the farm has been in my family since 1953. Before our time, it was cash crop, dairy cattle and then Uncle Bill transitioned into beef cattle. And then he said to hell with all the work and just kept some very fancy geese and chickens in his latter years. When we moved to the farm, we dubbed ourselves sheep farmers and here we are #damngoodlamb 4. I’m a sucker for romance and love a good how’d you meet story 5. Matt is basically a 78 year old man at heart. 6. He’s also obsessed with time, so he’s going to make sure your wedding/event is smoothly! 7. I love farm animals and basically would have 1009574 if it wasn’t for Matt reigning me in with reminders of feed bills 8. We’re both really jazzed that our vision is becoming a reality and that we’ve been entrusted with such an important day - it’s an honour we don’t take lightly.
