Fascial Restructuring 24.09.2020

Interesting article... https://www.washingtonpost.com//e0414e3e-f4e0-11e8-80d0-f7 Want to learn even more, take FR courses. Appendages (series III April 4/5, 2020).

Fascial Restructuring 17.09.2020

Fascial Restructuring is advanced manual therapy. It is structural correction using adhesion release and it's all about getting bones back in the right place... Not by trying to force them back, but by releasing the structures that are holding them out of place (NOT JUST MUSCLES!). This includes adhesion in your organs (including lungs being adhered to the inner wall of the ribcage), musculature, nerves and joint structures. Picture a client who has had a whiplash injury wher...e the seatbelt has crushed their sternum inward. This will act to force the entire ribcage posteriorly, causing chronic spasms in the erector spinae muscles. If your practice is limited to relieving these spasms through deep tissue release, the results will be temporary and although you'll be providing your clients with relief, you won't be able to help correct that structural imbalance and their pain and muscular spasms will persist. Wouldn't you like to learn how to help your clients more? This isn't coming from an ego place, but I really, really wish more therapists could see what I see and be able to do what I do. It is the reason I offer workshops. I want something better for the world... By using a system of accurate assessment and treatment techniques, I am able to provide clients with results very quickly - results often come in 3-4 treatments, longer for those who have had chronic issues for decades. FR works because it succeeds in addressing the root cause, no matter the type of tissue. It works because it restores structural balance and function by releasing adhesion in ALL types of tissue... Have you ever felt clients with a rock-hard, immovable ribcage and you don't know what to do? This type of restriction often involves pleural adhesion, costosternal joint contracture, diaphragm and intercostal adhesion, among others! FR techniques will show you exactly HOW to release the entire ribcage - including the adhesion within it, and how to separate and realign ribs that are out of place. Series II is coming up Nov. 9/10, 2019. Are you looking to get more out of your practice and help your clients more? Learn more at www.fascialrestructuringtherapy.com

Attention therapists: I can't keep up with demand and need help at my clinic. If you have taken my courses, are interested in picking up some hours and use the system in your practice, please contact me. To those who are considering these courses: FR succeeds where most approaches fail because it relies on addressing the root cause. If you are pressing where it hurts, unless it is scar tissue, you are NOT addressing the root cause. This isn't just my opinion, it is hard science. Learn more at www.fascialrestructuringtherapy.com

Did you know... If you are armed with the right knowledge and techniques, it is quite easy to PERMANENTLY help the majority of clients with lower back pain (even chronic cases). In just a few treatments, you can change their lives, but you will never succeed by only rubbing their backs where they are feeling pain! Structural imbalance is almost always the root cause - pressing where it hurts might provide relief, but it simply doesn't work long-term. The reason is simple: by doing so, you are attempting to break the laws of physics. Don't you want more for your clients? Learn more at: www.fascialrestructuringtherapy.com

A better way... Are you still relying on other practitioners to realign your clients' bodies? If you learn how to release not only what's holding the body out of alignment but also how to properly mobilize the joints that are involved, you will have the power to PERMANENTLY change your clients lives... And in a very short time... Get amazing results, and unlimited clients... With this type of therapy, you can make permanent structural changes that will NOT keep your clients coming back again and again, because they won't need to! It will, however, get them to send everyone they know your way. Looking for a whole new approach? Learn more at www.fascialrestructuringtherapy.com

Lower back pain is predominantly caused by hip flexor contracture. Most notable of these is the iliopsoas group. If you arent comfortable releasing these muscles and are serious about helping clients who present with lower back pain (especially chronic cases), then do yourself and your clients a favour and LEARN what to do! You can change peoples lives dramatically and permanently if you are armed with the right knowledge and skillset. Learn more at: www.fascialrestructuringtherapy.com

The TRUTH about trigger points... There are no studies that indicate long-term effectiveness of trigger point release therapy. Trigger points form as a REACTION to a definitive cause. Finding that root cause isn't that hard if you understand vectors and muscle actions well. By releasing what the trigger point is fighting, you will get rid of it without even touching it! How's that for forward thinking?! Find the Root...Fascial Restructuring Learn more at www.fascialrestructuringtherapy.com

Did you know... Lower back issues are almost exclusively caused by hip flexor restriction. One of the most neglected areas when treating lower back pain is the iliopsoas muscle group. If you are trying to help your clients with their chronically sore lower back by digging into their QLs, erector spinae and glutes, you could be doing a LOT more for them. Accessing all regions of the iliopsoas (including the anterior lumbar) is possible, and it is life-changing for those who are suffering. Over the past 20 years, I have seen and helped thousands overcome chronic lower back issues (permanently) with just a handful of treatments.. Would you like to help your clients more? I am constantly reminded in my practice just how important knowledge is. Last week a client came to see me, with a set of symptoms that made it clear to me what she needed. Unfortunately it wasn't as clear to the therapist she saw her the week previous. Her symptoms: tension and pain between her shoulder blades; but more notably, her voice was weak and her breathing was shallow. She shared that she had been under a great deal of stress in the previous month. Before seeing me,... she had had a massage at the spa to help her with this back tension and pain. That therapist spent most of the treatment rubbing her back. Although it felt good, it did nothing to change her symptoms. Given my knowledge and experience, as well as a quick palpation, the answer was clear enough - her diaphragm and abdominal viscera were extremely restricted. I spent 90% of the treatment freeing up this area, including the crura of the diaphragm. I spent a very short amount of time on her back at the end of the treatment. She left with no pain and the strength in her voice restored. The reason - her entire thorax was being pulled forward into her abdomen due to shallow breathing and stress. The symptom - compensatory spasms in the back. The solution - release the diaphragm and viscera. The wrong approach - rub where it hurts. Want to learn more? Losing your passion for healing? Getting stumped trying to help your clients? This is what one student had to say about her experience: "I am a Massage/Manual Therapist since 1990. I have taken many courses over the years to keep up with knowledge, stay fresh, prevent boredom, and most importantly, get good outcomes for my clients. Since taking my 1st Fascial Restructuring class with Adam my practice has gotten way more interesting. I have been getting notable results with c...lients very quickly. I love the technique/formula used for Fascial Restructuring and my practice has been busier than ever with no need to advertise." Anybody doing any kind of bodywork, no matter their chosen techniques, is working on fascial structures, regardless of whether or not they are aware of it. Manipulating soft tissues means releasing fascia. Why? Because every cell in our bodies is housed in it... Why not learn how to do it in a more efficient way? Sequencing means releasing the short tissues first - everything else is fighting against the pull of these short tissues. Learn more at www.fascialrestructuringtherapy.con

Did you know... Fascia is much more than the shrink wrap that surrounds our muscles. It surrounds every cell - organs, nerves, muscles, joints - all of it - it is our supportive connective tissue... Learning how to release fascia is important, but learning WHAT fascia to release is the real key to long-term results. By lengthening the shortened tissues and restoring balance to our structure, we can achieve exactly that. Learn more at: www.fascialrestructuringtherapy.com

The best thing you can ever do for your clients is to be a better therapist, something I have never stopped striving to become. FR is therapy that is all about identifying and treating the ROOT CAUSE. It was designed to heal traumatic injuries (think MVAs) and it is extremely effective. For two reasons: First, it shows you HOW to think so you know where to release SHORTENED tissues, NOT sore tissues. Second, it shows you how to resolve structural misalignment in a way that is... permanent. This is achieved by releasing the adhesion that is holding the body in the wrong place, whether it exists in joints, visceral tissues, muscles or nerves. All of these tissues are housed in structural, supportive fascia, and they can all contribute to structural misalignment and compensatory pain. Do you have clients you keep doing the same things with? Would you like to help them resolve those issues long-term or even permanently? This really is possible with the right understanding and training. My vision is to share this knowledge on a large scale because it will simply make the world better. You will be amazed what can be done with a pair of hands... For more info, visit www.fascialrestructuringtherapy.com See more

The Optimal Sequence of Release If you think that hurting your clients is necessary or even desirable in your treatments, think again! If you are under the impression that "FASCIAL work is painful", think again!!! In any given case, there is an Optimal Sequence of Release(TM) that you can follow to first identify, then release the tissues that are causing the imbalance, BEFORE you treat where the client is feeling pain from compensatory spasm. The best part is that if you d...o it properly, it is almost, if not completely, painless... Understanding the tensegrity principle is the key - by following the Optimal Sequence of Release(TM), you will be able to apply tremendous depth in your treatments, WITHOUT hurting your clients, or yourself... And releases happen quickly - since adopting this approach, I am able to release adhesions in the body 2-3x faster, with less, if any pain! It's efficient, effective and one of the fundamental principles of the Fascial Restructuring approach. Visit www.fascialrestructuringtherapy.com for the schedule on upcoming workshops. See more

"any modality that incorporates application of pressure, shear forces, rhythmic movement and stretching is working with and on fascial structures, whether the therapist is aware of this or not." (Robert Schleip, 2003). If you're already working on it (as we all are), why not learn how to do it the right way?! FR is all about maximum results in minimal time, with less pain for your clients and less work for you. Save your hands, revitalize your career... I had 5 new clients this week... WHY? Because the people I have helped KEEP sending me more and more new ones all the time! Because I STRIVE to get rid of them... by helping them permanently... This is achieved by releasing adhesion and rebalancing tensional forces in the body - in myofascia, viscera, neural tissue and by unwinding and mobilizing joints in a completely different way. It's science... It's intuitive... It's Fascial Restructuring... Tired of working on the same old knots that don't respond to treatment long-term? Sign up for a workshop now, you will be amazed at how effective and efficient this approach is and it will transform the way you see and work on the human body... www.fascialrestructuringtherapy.com

FR will teach you how to get lasting results by changing the structure of your client's bodies... An imbalanced structure causes compensatory spasm - it's just science... Massaging muscles that are in spasm doesn't correct the imbalance, it simply provides short-term relief. If you want to learn how to provide more than temporary relief and want to really CHANGE your clients lives using your hands, visit www.fascialrestructuringtherapy.com and sign up for a workshop. It will change how you think about the body, how you work, but most of all, it will change your client's lives...
