Inspirational Monday Story Meet Iris, originally from El Salvador but she moved to Canada when she was a teenager with her family. She became a digital business owner for almost a year and a half. She did odd jobs where she felt they got her no where. She got tired of working long hours, asking for permission when to eat or take breaks, not being able to control her own time. Dealing with abusive people at call centres, feeling more exhausted each day that went by. Missi...ng out on her children not being there for them, She felt like she was just slaving away, to not even make enough to take a family vacation. And knew that something had to change. She run into an Ad on her social media. She registered and took action because she liked what she saw and made sense to her, and have not look back since then. Through this business she have learned that having the right mindset is very important, as well as : self discipline , confidence, and development. Having a routine that works around your schedule. Putting others needs before your own, sharing in even in the smallest things, can make a difference. Just like most of us who started doing this business. Iris has hesitations and challenges too. And hers was comparing her previous business venture with this digital business. She was worried about paying monthly dues, or thinking if she would be doing this own her own again. Another thought was, worried about being tech savvy because she was never a social media person always very private. But she had to get used to it, and still, she is a working progress.
