I get this question all the time - 'how can I or is it possible to get rid of cellulite'? YES! Cellulite isn't some genetic misfortune, cellulite is a byproduct of fatty/soft tissue.... By leaning down (losing soft tissue) and strengthening (shaping/toning/firming) lean tissue ie muscle, you will have a cellulite free body. If you take a look at professional dancers or athletes with lower body fat levels (but still in a healthy range) who also have slightly higher lean tissue/muscle on their bodies than the average female, they are all cellulite free. For a cellulite free bod you need to do two things: 1. Lift weights - resistance training to help shape and tone your muscles. 2. Adapt a fat loss base diet which will help you lose weight and lean out. As these two things come together you will get the results you want!
