Today, I share a brief breakdown of just how much the prices went up in the GTA and a few localities. Detached, Semi's and Towns continued to be the driving force of the market over the summer and these segments experienced the highest spike in average prices compared to the same time in September 2019.... This September, Detached homes had a price increase of 10.9%, Semi's and Towns by 10.6% and 10.5% consecutively while condo's lagged behind at 6.6%.
