In December 2014 the Langley Animal Protection Society (LAPS) saved a puppy and flew him down to the Lower Mainland from a high kill shelter in Northern BC. Co-owners Kevin & Tammy found that puppy, and named him Brew. With that, their lives changed forever. He was a big, handsome, loveable boy that was an integral part their family (and to so many of their friends as well). But in June of 2019 their lives would change. Brew was diagnosed with Canine Lymphoma and despite ...his hard fight and receiving chemotherapy, and they were only given 6 months more with him. Brew passed away December 2019 - coincidently the same month that the doors at Camp Beer Co opened. And so these Camp Beer collars were created as a special collaboration where Every purchase of these special dog collars benefits animals in need at the Langley Animal Protection Society (LAPS). So they can continue to help animals in need to find them deserving adoptive families. #happyfriday! Introducing Arya a two year old #pitbull #ridgeback mix. Part of an oops litter, her tattoo artist mum Nico @wildwounds went out for coffee on Commercial Drive and came home with a pupper. Best day ever! she says.
