These potatoes are little nuggets of flavour! Season them with fresh lemon juice, garlic, Souvlaki Seasoning, and salt and pepper, serve them up with grilled ch...icken and veggies for a #BetterThanTakeout side that will become an instant family favourite. Oven Roasted Greek Potatoes 13 cup olive oil 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 garlic clove, crushed 2 tsp Souvlaki Seasoning Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste 1 tsp dried mint 4 large potatoes, scrubbed, cut in wedges Preparation Whisk 7 first ingredients together. Coat potatoes with marinade. Bake in a shallow baking pan at 400 F (205 C). for 35 minutes, or until golden.
