The Small and Medium Enterprise Relaunch Grant (SMERG) has expanded applications to businesses that started operations between March 1 and October 31, 2020. New businesses that began operations during this time and meet the updated 30% threshold can apply for the grant starting February 4, 2021. Effective today the following restrictions have been modified: Outdoor gatherings are now permitted with a limit of 10 people maximum and there must not be an indoor component Personal and wellness services (e.g. esthetics, cosmetic skin and body treatments, hairstyling, etc.) can open by appointment only.... Funeral services are limited to 20 people maximum. Receptions are not permitted. Wedding ceremonies are limited to 10 people maximum. Receptions are not permitted.
