Let's talk about mask-wearing! By wearing a mask, you slow down the spread of COVID-19 & are doing your part to keep the community safe. Don't forget that your mask must cover your nose & mouth.... Stay safe, friends!

Follow these tips on how to stay WARM outside! 1. Start with a base layer. 2. Middle layer - a sweater or sweatshirt. 3. Winter jacket - go for something long, cold rated & water-resistant.... 4. Wear a scarf, gloves/mittens and a toque/beanie. 5. Wear warm pants or layer thermals/leggings under them for extra warmth. 6. Warm socks! 7. Winter boots - these will keep you warm/dry & provide traction on slippery sidewalks/floors. Stay warm & be safe!
