With 2020 rounding its end (can we all get a round of applause for this!?), 2021 can be the year for much better things. We are in need of more volunteers - and hopefully that is a resolution for some! We assure you it is one of the most rewarding experiences to make a difference in these cats' lives. Currently our biggest needs are:... 1) Cat room Attendant - committment of 2-3 hours weekly (you will have a set shift, but we are flexible to what day you have available) 2) Foster Parents - you provide the love and patience to help socialize some of our friendlies/semi-ferals, and we provide the medical attention and food. This is SUPER rewarding and very needed 3) Thrift Store Attendant - varying shifts available Please note that we are very careful with COVID-19 protocols, and after your training, cat room attendants volunteer alone, or with someone in their household (if there are more than one of you wishing to volunteer). BARN CAT PROGRAM Do you have a barn/shed with animals? (Cows and horses are usually the best option) Is it heated, or does it have a heated room? If yes, you could qualify for our barn cat program! We provide neutered/spayed mousers, some supplies for them and support to help you get them situated. ... 1-2 cats: $100.00 each 3+ cats: $75.00 each The adoption fee helps cover their vet bills to have them spayed and neutered before they get to you.
