TRX Warmup... 3 Rounds 10 TRX Squats 10 each side Lateral jumps 10 Pullups 10 Curtsy Squats to HOLD 10 Curtsy Squat Pulses Repeat on the left leg. WOD Circuit #1 3 Rounds 20 Swings - then 25 - then 30 10 Box jumps 10 BOSU Burpee OH 10 BOSU Plank knee ins 10 BOSU Plank X under knee ins Circuit #2 3 Rounds BOSU Flat side up all the way ! 10 Front foot elevated KB Goblet stationary lunges Repeat on Left 10 BOSU Hip bridge lift single arm KB press to ... 10 BOSU Hip bridge KB pull overs (hold bridge) Repeat Left side 10 BOSU Goblet squats 20 HIGH KNEES 10 SHUFFLE SHUFFLE TOUCH <3

Loving this workout so much and loving how versatile it is :-) 3 to 4 rounds - 40 sec. each or 10 reps Goblets Squats... Squat to OH thrusters 100 S/Unders or 50 D/Unders DB Side Raises 100 S-Unders or 50 D-Unders KB Swing pass throughs Incline Sit throughs Next Circuit 2 .. 3 to 4 rounds - 40 sec or 10 reps Hip Bridge lift Butterfly lifts Split squats (each side) Ideas for this circuit are endless, mix it up each round or change it up every time you do this workout. Circuit 1 ... don't like skipping - Swing a Kettlebell or BURPEES ;-) Circuit 2 ... Pull a BOSU or Box into the mix, do incline or decline bridges, with or without weight. Split squats can be a Bulgarian split squat, loaded or unloaded. Be creative Athletes, have fun ;-) let me know how you do !
