Hello friends, My name's Marc and I'm the director of Fear the Reaper. Since finishing the movie I have switched careers and have been working as an army medic for the last 5 years. Due to years of military service (and maybe a few too many parkour stunts in my youth) my right ankle took one hell of beating. This year I had reconstructive surgery on it and sadly, I didn't heal well from it. After a week of blinding pain, the decision was made to amputate my right leg below t...he knee. In the last six months I have gotten a lot stronger and in addition to being able to grow a pretty epic beard (which I would've killed to have had during the prison scenes!), I am now moving around quite well on my Robot Leg. I noticed in the interim, the YouTube views on the film have grown to over 13,000 and that makes me happier than you can imagine. So I wanted to thank you all for supporting my weird little indie action movie, as it will always exist as a time when I had two legs strong enough to throw roundhouse kicks at the heads of many gangsters and as a snapshot of when, for 100 minutes, I was a superhero. I continue to serve in the military and likely will until I'm at retirement age, but if I do ever find the time to make a sequel (as Nightshade actress Noelle Grey has never stopped trying to talk me into ), it looks like The Reaper will need to become a cyborg. In the meantime, feel free to invite anyone to this page who you think would enjoy the movie - I don't have it monetized on YouTube and I'm not looking to make any money on the film; I just want people to see it. Because for all the pain and stress I caused so many people, over so many years, I'm really proud of the movie we made- and all I really want is for people to remember it. Thank you all so much!
