Little entry install in a house we have under go... all hardwood and tile. This one is a 24" x 24" unglazed porcelain rectified tile. 1.5mm grout joints on the classic brick pattern. --- Again, it all starts with the preparation work. This floor was messed up when we got there... crowned and unlevel like always. --- We went in there and made the floor 100% level BEFORE installing our anti-fracture membrane by @laticretecanada called Stratamat. Once its level then we install ...membrane and then tile. This is the proper way to set tile and although its a process its indeed faster to install tile when all the prep work is level and/or true. --- Tile provided by @ceramstone . Beautiful tile in the classic subway pattern provided by @julian_tile and @ceramstone . The granite was sourced and installed by us also. We take pride in offering a 'one stop shop' for anything and everything tile and flooring related. We started this shower (like we do all our showers) at framing stage with no boarding completed. (Forgot to take a before picture). But we straightened a few studs, corrected the trueness of the walls, then boarded, taped, waterproofed, dry p...acked and set all tile and stone. We decided on a mitered corners for all walls but the customer insisted on a rondec tile edge by @schlutersystemsna on right side to match fixtures. Anyone out there knows that in order to make a perfect finish... you have to do all your prep work properly the first time!!! @ Chilliwack, British Columbia
