F.E. Coyne Insurance Brokers is looking for an enthusiastic Claims / Customer Service Representative to join our office. Our candidate must have a RIBO License. Responsibilities: Responding to customer inquiries by email, telephone and in person.... Maintaining client relationships. Processing new business transactions and policy changes in company portals. Reviewing policies and ensuring adequate coverage based on client’s individual needs. Resolving any customer concerns and disputes. Handling claims inquiries including giving advice, opening new claims, entering into database and follow-ups. Skills: Strong customer service skills Can work independently as well as in a team environment Strong computer skills and able to adapt to new programs Able to work in a fast paced environment Strong problem solving skills Able to multi-task and prioritize work Positive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks Qualifications: RIBO License is required High school diploma or equivalent Experience in an insurance office is an asset What we offer: Salary based on experience Benefit packages available
