In December 2018, I bought my first car in Amsterdam. A little Opel Combo which would be our home for the next 4 months as we embarked on a ambitious roadtrip towards West Africa. The journey totalled over 16000 km and 27 flat tires, but more importantly it lead us through beautiful countries where we met all kinds of people. With their recent entry in the North American market, Blackyak asked us to tell the story from the founder’s perspective giving viewers an inside look on one of Asia’s leading outdoor brands.
