Happy Saturday everyone!! Recently had a friend call me up and say... I have a callus on my foot and it really hurts! I never had it before, what do I do? Keep in mind these are extreme cases, most of the time it is improper footwear, poor posture, and/or long hours on our feet! So here is a little info about calluses!
