I'm choosing to accept the Doug Ford and covid-19 have provided me with an opportunity to SHARE HIIT fitness with you. The current lockdown situation means that for the next 4 weeks, in class sessions are not permitted. Dougie won't even let us go outside. If you are interested in pursuing a HIIT fitness program and would like to participate with us via ZOOM, let me know. Classes are Monday and Wednesday at 6pm and 7pm. ... You will need some space in your home or somewhere to work out, some room to bounce around, and couple of dumbells. If you want to work out with your kids around, that's cool. If you want to work out with your dog around, that's cool. Let's just do something for the next month so we don't go crazy. This is a limited-time offer as there is limited space in my studio and now we can play from anywhere. I will post a registration link tomorrow.
