Even during Covid days, you can join me 3 times per week regularly and book other special workouts. I have my own equipment, at a remote location; you must wear a mask, as I do; there are NO breathing problems with the mask, despite silly comments to the contrary!

The beauty of Weightlifting training is it’s over-all body movements and time saving; a Clean Pull covers light dead lifts, Shrugs, Calf Raises, Glut/Ham exercise, etc., all in one exercise, and is easy to vary from light to in heavy, number of reps., etc.

Coaching/ training 4 times per week, I try to show the value of Resistance Training, for people of all ages. At 85 years old, with a life-long back injury, I try to lead by example, trying to show what CAN be done to have a more comfortable long life. RE can help mentally as well as physically, and can be done from 4 years old until death of old age. Currently I am working with my wife,77, and others from 30 to 45, at two different gyms.
