Happy Monday! We realize that navigating lockdown 2.0 can be confusing in terms of shopping. We remind everyone that we are OPEN for business by way of curbside pickup ONLY. We can NOT have customers in store. We understand that it is frustrating that you can walk into the grocery store, convenience store, and many of our neighbouring businesses in the Scotland Plaza, but not ours. However the Ontario Government has classified pet food and supplies as 'general retail', meaning that in-store shopping is not permitted while we are under lockdown measures. Exciting news! Global Pet Foods Fergus is now set up with an online store, so you can do all your shopping from the comfort of your own home! How does Curbside Pickup work with online orders? Place your order online using the In-store Pickup option. You will receive an email notification from the store when your order is ready. To pick up your order, you will need to bring one piece of government-issued photo ID as well as the credit card used for payment.... What is the cutoff time for Curbside ? All orders received at least two hours before store closing are eligible for same day Curbside What if I place my order after the cutoff time? All orders placed within two hours of the store closing time will be available the following business morning. For orders placed outside of our normal business hours will be available two hours after we open the following business day. How long does it take to process my order? Orders are generally filled within 2 hours of receipt. Upon completion, notification that your order is ready will be sent via email. How much does In-Store Pickup cost? Our Curbside or In-Store Pickup services are FREE! Is there a minimum purchase requirement? No. Do my online orders qualify for your Frequent Buyer program? Yes! In the notes section on the checkout page, please include your Frequent Buyer Number, or phone number that's linked to your account so we can add your online purchases to your account. If you don't know your Frequent Buyer Information, please contact us. Do my online orders qualify for AIR MILES? Yes! REGARDING GREY-LOCKDOWN & HOLIDAY SHOPPING We are OPEN for in-store shopping this week until Christmas Eve! Store hours will be modified for the holidays and listed below. The Ontario Government announced today that we will be under a provincial grey-zone/lockdown starting December 26th. We will be open, but operating by curbside pickup only starting the 27th. ... How to place your Curbside Pickup Order: 1) Call us at 519-787-7079, email us at [email protected], or send us a message on Facebook messenger with what products you are looking for, and as much detail as possible, including the flavour/protein, size and quantity. 2) Payments can be processed either by credit card over the phone (Visa and Mastercard only, no AMEX), e-transfer, or with a mobile debit/credit terminal brought outside. 3) We prefer that everyone places their orders and pays in advance, as our phone line and staff will be incredibly busy during this time.
