Well the lockdown is ending and we are allowed to open our doors for personal care, with Covid safety measures in place. I am available. Here's a picture of a sunset on Lake Huron, enjoy resting in it.

As we are in another lockdown, what will I do for myself? What choices will you make for yourself that you've never had time for before? Perhaps that long bath, a call to that person that you haven't talked to for years? Will you look at old photographs? Or stop to notice what you're dreaming about? You don't have to be productive every second, you can breathe and be, so that when you are being productive you are at your best! Thinking of you...my Facebook Friends.

We are confined to a smaller space in the world right now. Christmas is upon us and this is a different place for us. We will try to embrace the small things, like getting out of bed each day, the birds, the sunshine. We normally take these things for granted but today let us give thanks, it makes the bad things smaller! Thank you God for life!

Feeling calmer, more together, able to go on, these are important things. These messages go throughout our body like a song, creating wellness and healing. Healing touch, offers that, not to mention stimulating areas of your feet that relate to your body and releasing tension in the feet and legs and moving upwards.

Covid came and our worlds seemed to get a little smaller and tighter. I am trying to surrender to this knew world with masks and rules unlike other times. I am trying to be kind to myself and others as I navigate these days. I am noticing how little control we really have and it's an illusion we choose to live under? I am so joyful to have my children and grandchildren in my life and to be so blessed. I am thankful....

I have been quiet as far as my website during Covid 19. We have not been having family members into our home so to have clients seems ridiculous! There are lots of thoughts of treatments on the deck etc, but for now, it will be mostly that my doors are closed until July. I regret that but I believe it is necessary for personal reasons, although I miss my clients! Stay well, stay safe!
