Therere thoughts in your mind that are preventing you from getting what you want . And at first it sounds so strange and bizarre - why would I stop myself from achieving my own goals, all I think is how I DO want what I want. . But these thoughts are sitting very deep in your subconscious mind and in order to let these limiting beliefs go for good - you need to actively and consciously access and be aware of them first... . Ive been working with my own mindset and subconscious for quite some time, but even now I still notice that my limiting beliefs keep showing up. Every time I feel stuck - I realize I need to revisit them and do the work . Going through my first pregnancy journey I had a lot of false beliefs that I had to get rid of. And by second pregnancy they didnt exist in my mind anymore. . Currently most of my limiting beliefs are about my business, but I work through them by exposing them first and recognize the contrast and polarity that exists in my mind. . By observing this polarity and what you dont want - youre able to free yourself from whatever is still keeping you stagnant. . And the most important thing is not to be hard on yourself when you notice these thoughts - remember that its just some sh**t that youve collected throughout your life and even through generations that were here before you. . If you notice a random thought coming up simply acknowledge it without any emotion and let it go. . Dont judge yourself for having a negative thought. In fact, you can use mindfulness to break the cycle of negative self talk. Mindfully observing the thought that comes up to your mind helps you becoming aware of the beliefs you created in your subconscious mind. . By being aware of the thought you can start questioning it to discover whether its true or not.
