In 2020, our mission has evolved to consider and address the changing landscape of fitness through the pandemic and beyond. - The pandemic has echoed the importance and value of physical activity and exercise; as such, fitness facilities are able to cater to individuals who need additional support to benefit. - The fitness industry is equally focused on mental and immune system health and physical health; we are dedicated to providing support for an individual’s overall wel...lbeing. - Fitness clubs are committed to support all Canadians by advocating exercise is an integral part to reduce the burden to our healthcare system in discussions with government.
