Well folks, it's time I made a little announcement: Colleen and I bought a farm! It's in West Hants County, on the Minas Basin. This means we'll be moving at the end of March. We looked and looked in this area, from Sackville to Tatamagouche, but we happened to find our dream farm a bit further afield... We're beyond excited to put down roots on our own farm, but we're so sad to leave the incredible communities we belong to in Pugwash, Sackville, Amherst, and the Amherst Sho...re area. You all have enthusiastically supported our baking and farming ventures, allowing us to do what we love. We are so grateful for that. I'll continue baking through March 24th, with deliveries and pick-ups continuing as usual. The online store is live right now, so be sure to get your orders in by Monday at noon. We have to downsize a bit before the move, so I've added some of our certified organic premium baking ingredients to the the store. This is all the the good stuff that goes into everything I make, at really great prices. Don't miss out! My bread capacity is still limited, so I'm unable to fulfill large bread orders. Please order within reason so everyone can access their regular bread supply in the next few weeks. I'll be sharing some of my favourite sourdough resources for those who want to venture into bread baking! More to come... Sarah
