I've had a lot of requests to post an air baby video. Air baby is a one arm, one leg crow pose. It's done with open hips, similar hip stacking to half moon pose.... Key things to notice, my knee is on my elbow. I also do regular crow like this. My top hip, bottom hip, elbow, knee and hand are all vertically aligned. I turn my fingers out on the grounded hand and then lean into the fingers. You need a good foundation with single leg crow before attempting this variation. To enter the pose, turn fingers out, place your knee on the elbow, stack the hips. Start working the stability with both hands down in the ground and the hips open. Gradually start to lift the top arm. I will release a more detailed version on YouTube soon. I added a few more fun transitions into this video. Music by my band SHVA Link in bio...
