The Maison McCulloch Hospice is running a 50/50 Fundraiser. As you all know this is a cause near and dear to me. We can all agree that they go above and beyond for Palliative Care in Sudbury. Please help support this amazing facility that has helped so many in dark difficult times.

Im circulating one of my favourite articles today. Boss Supplements Sudbury is celebrating their 7th anniverary and this isn't just a "store" but truly an amazing support system and family. They have welcomed me in with open arms and I am so grateful for Mark, Nick and Carter. These ARE the greatest guys I have ever met in my life. They are the definition of friends! I love them like brothers. Today is about them! They welcomed me and gave me a safe place to ask any questions I had and supported me along the way. Well.... This may just be the most terrifying thing i've ever done. My raw, terrifying and vulnerable story. It's a story that needs to be told and people need to hear.

Do I eat pizza? YUP. Do I go to the gym. You bet! What hasn’t changed in all of this is my friends. It’s the people like Mark, Nick, Carter, Delky, Kourtney, Gerry, Beau, Aaron, Ashley, Craig, Evan, Katie, Jess, Renee, Sarah, Amanda and Derek’s of this world. They have helped me be okay with who I am and what I look like. They are he true superheroes of this world!
