Revitalisation de ce bâtiment à valeur patrimoniale du quartier Griffintown en puisant notre inspiration dans les lofts de Williamsburg, New York. Deux nouvelles tours de 8 étages ont été ajoutées au bâtiment existant en adoptant une approche qui conjugue architecture moderne et empreinte historique des lieux. Ayant le souci de mettre en place des pratiques durables, notamment la réduction des îlots de chaleur en milieu urbain, nous avons créé l’ajout d’un grand espace vert s...itué en pleine cour arrière, espérant que tous y profitent de bon gré! Stephane Brugger /// Revitalization of this heritage building in Griffintown by drawing inspiration from the lofts of Williamsburg, New York. Two new eight-storey towers were added to the existing building using an approach that combines modern architecture with the historical imprints of the site. With a focus on sustainable practices, including reducing urban heat islands, we created the addition of a large green space located in the rear courtyard with the hope that everyone can take advantage and enjoy it!
