So this morning, we experienced a disruption in Internet service through Shaw and last week, we were affected by the Rogers outage. We had to turn away customers because this happened right during our lunch rush. As a business owner, things like this drastically raises the blood pressure and stress level because it directly affects taking orders and processing payments and all of our online functionalities. It really made us realize how dependent we are on the services of Sha...w and Rogers. Ultimately, if Shaw and Rogers don't come through, it'll result to loss of business, customer dissatisfaction and loss of customers' trust ~ all diminishing the customer service experience. #SmallBusinessProblems
