Tear trough filler is one of the most requested procedures. Clients often say they are tired of looking tired.... Those with fat pad herniation (bulges under the eye), malar edema (puffy / swollen eyes and cheeks) and those with thin overly crepey skin are better suited to other non-surgical options like PRP/F,... skin boosters and lasers, while others may require a surgical lower blepharoplasty. Also it’s important to note that while the eyes may appear brighter as there is less shadowing it will not correct hyper-pigmentation. Treatment is done conservatively due to the delicate nature of the area and may require multiple sessions for full correction.
