BREAKING NEWS!!! Bank regulators are raising mortgage stress test levels, making it harder to qualify for home loan! There's nothing like finding that shirt that you forgot you had! 3.Have budget meetings. Setup time every week to check in on your budget. If you are married, you can sit down weekly with your spouse. 4. Cut your monthly bills. Shop around for new car insurance, new cell phone plans and turn down the thermostat. 5. Have a set amount directly deposited from your pay cheque to a savings account each month (I can help you with this!)
