Finding Arctic

Penticton people! Please keep an eye out for a Red Pontiac Sunfire, 2-door, no hubcaps with a dent & scratches on the right side. These were sent to me by a By-laws worker who happened to see the dog in the car & contacted me. The nose colour is wrong, but I have been told that people actually do things to change the colour, etc.

We have had four Arctic sightings in 3 days - Brentwood Bay, two in Summerland and one in Penticton. thank you everyone for calling in, searching or just supporting the search to find him <3 Here is a description & drawing from our latest reading. Please tell us your thoughts. Thank you. Are you alive - Yes. Do you know the older man in Summerland - No. Is the dog in the video you - No, I can move better.... Is anyone with you right now - No. Have you been driven anywhere - No. Have you been fed - Yes, at the concession ( my word) this was shown twice already) people were outside eating, it was in the summer/early fall. There were two metal buckets , he ate out of those. I feel that people were putting leftovers etc in them. What can you show me right now? Showed me a small brown shed, storage I think. What is it like? Wood- yes, brick- No , plaster- No. Can you show me what you see? A large building built with cement blocks, ( pale green/grey color) faded, I feel an industrial building, has a single door with a window in it on the right side, on the left side a large door for loading. People outside? No This is the back of the building, a road in front of the building comes in behind the to the loading dock. Across the road is grass and trees, did not get the front picture of the building. He said this is where he is , it is a small town, (same on as reported last time) I keep getting maybe 3-4000 people. Not a busy place I had a picture of an older building with white peeling paint. I asked if it was near a place we had already looked at, got Osoyoos back but it didn’t sound really sure. Keremeos was a no, I went through a list of what I could remember, all no. By the building I was trying to get what was in the building, I kept getting bread? Also pot came up but when I asked it he said no. He also said he isn’t on a farm. I also had one more thing , right at the very end a glimpse, a shape not exactly like a flower but maybe an ornament or something like that, it was a lacy pattern with a center piece that was purple, clear and bright, it showed and was gone.

Vancouver Island folks! Possible sighting today in Brentwood Bay at the Brentwood Bay Elementary school. A dog matching Arctic's description was sighted today at the school while the voting polls were open. The dog was tied up with a rope around his neck, no collar. The person that saw him watched for quite a while to see of someone came out but no one did while she was there. Please, if you live in the area, keep your eyes peeled for him & if you see a similar dog, take a photo & text to 604-910-0275. Thank you!

Second sighting today, this time in Summerland, near Bathville & Shingle Creek. Trying to join the group where the comment was made & waiting to hear back from the person that made the post. Two messages of sightings today. One helpful, one very cruel. The helpful one saw a dog similar to Arctic with a couple with a fancy tent trailer were at Gallagher Lake Resort Lower Campground in a site near the exit 2 days ago. Couple in their 30's or 40's. Trailer was very distinct. Hard shell. Fancy. Dark blue gray. Is there anyone in the area that can go drive around the campground? I had posters up but haven't been by since August. I will contact the campground t...oday but am in the Fraser Valley. Other sighting was mean & told me to give up, I won't go into detail over the cruel words in the message. Just said there was a "old guy" near Sawmill Lake with similar dog but the person sending the message said there is no chance Arctic is alive & he wasn't going to "bother the old guy by taking a photo" Can anyone drive or ride around the Rec Site at Sawmill? Today is 4 months since my precious boy went missing. I would give or do anything to have him back. The $1,000 reward is still unclaimed. Not even close to giving up, thank you to everyone who continues to search & put the word out there <3

One more drawing from our Animal Reader, I feel this one kinda looks like Hedley, but maybe somewhere else? What about the rock formation? Any rock climbers here or groups we can share it in? Any ideas appreciated, thanks!

Our most recent drawing & reading from our dear Animal Reader - please let us know if any of this sounds familiar: Do you remember the cabins and river you showed me? Yes You showed me the sign with the arch at the top, an entry, did you go in there? No... Did you go by, see it? Yes The rock that looked like a cathedral, is it a church? No. Is it rock? Yes. Dark/black? Yes. Is it by a road? Yes. Is it sharp rock? No. Was it rounded? No. Did it look like a church? Big NO (trying to pinpoint area , what it was). Is it important? No. Are you still by the road you were on last night? No. Are there people around? No, but close to where someone is cooking. He ate today but people didn’t feed him. Is anyone with you? No I told him we need some sign of where he is to help find him. He showed me a boat, on a stand, he said it wasn’t a native boat, (that changed with his description) by a lake, I get the sense of a small museum, no lights or poles, he no to a sign but there is what is said is a board, looked like an older sign or home made sign on a piece of plywood. People around, just strolling around, I asked where he was, in a hiding spot, he feels safe there. I asked if he would meet someone, ( a friend of Alison/or somebody) yes, I asked if the boat area was it, no, last thing he showed me was a tower like the ones you see with the sign of a town on it, I don’t know if there is even something like that in BC.

Thank you <3 "He showed me a path, narrow muddy path, a sign on the left side pointing like an arrow, with North on it, the direction he had come from, there is a cross path where the sign is, asked what was across from the North sign, didn’t show me anything, went back to it several times, no answer, had him turn his head, didn’t show me a...nything. Moved on and asked him to show me anything that had direction. He showed me a building, took some time to figure it out, at first he said gas/convenience store, red roof, looked liked one of the Pantry type of stores, then he was unsure of the gas. Is it near a highway, no.

Hi folks, I found out recently that all of the Missing Arctic posters I put up on the mailboxes in Willowbrook/Fairview are down now. It took hours, days & weeks to get posters up everywhere in the area. I had to return to the Fraser Valley to deal with another family emergency, is there anyone that can put posters up for us? Was also told that most of the ones at Sawmill/Burnell are down too. Oliver Global Grocers has a stack printed out for me, or I can also ship some down to anyone willing to help out. Thanks to everyone who reached out regarding the animal seizure in Princeton last week - I've spoken with both SPCA branches involved & both confirmed that Arctic is not among them.

Just a quick update - I was sent a video recently of the dog in Summerland & can confirm it is not Arctic. Now we just need to get a video of photo of the dog in Penticton that was sighted near the mall & Walmart!

A request & suggestion from our Animal Reader to help Arctic: Today I would like everyone to be very quiet to Arctic, I want just very gentle encouragement to him, picture him getting seeing someone who would recognize him, picture him seeing you picture him happy, picture him anyway you can, nobody pushing at him to show himself, picture it instead. Hi everyone, a description from our latest communication from our Animal Reader. Please locals, if this sounds familiar, let us know <3 Do you want people to call you by name if there is a sighting? Yes. I saw a young person and asked if he had shown himself? Yes.... Saw a pocket watch ( an old fancy one on a chain) somebody is looking for it, important to that person, he said he seen it, maybe there might be an ad, Lost & Found, something, I have no idea where this comes in, I asked him to show me something that will help find where he is, that was the first thing that came up, the second has been churches, last night was the cathedral ( in rock) tonight, churches just keep appearing, different types, catholic, etc (don’t know my religions that well ) but different looks, shapes, colors. I asked him about the churches, he said not churches , no church around him, maybe a town with lots of churches? He is near a place where there are people around, I feel like a small town, but he isn’t giving me any signs or anything really substantial. I tried to go backwards, asked him where he was before? Railways. Are you in or near the place you got lost in? No.

Hi friends! Words of wisdom from our devoted animal reader: Mantra for Arctic, for when you are thinking of him, I would like those who can to use this as you are thinking of him. I/we would like to see you back Arctic, with your family, in a nice warm house with your favorite food & bed. Keep Thoughts positive when thinking of him, so you don’t project worry If you know him, your favorite positive thoughts about him.... Instead of asking him to show himself, picture him doing it or someone seeing him & recognizing him, asking puts pressure on him.
