Not going to lie, today has been a challenge! I can barley move my arms from tree trekking- they are mighty sore! I had to mod (a lot) as I was like Bambi on ice with my arms! But.. My Friday workout is complete and it's now my day to enjoy! Did you start your day off right?!

Sweat is dripping head to toe! Slowly starting to see the work I am putting in! They say it takes 21 days to change a habit! Must say, day 4 of this program and I it!!
