Finishing the Unfinished Home Improvement

One of my contracts this week, an egress window. The structural engineer has required the concrete foundation both sides of the window be reinforced. I'm ready for inspection #1 before cover up. Many other tasks were associated like installing 2 wires CO2/smoke alarms, rewiring lights, digging to China! and landscaping. I'll have some finish pics soon.

Finished another condo renovation.

Backsplash tile cheap from the Restore perfect for a rental.

Kitchen cabinets are installed. Purchase case, base and pickup countertops today. Tomorrow scout for backsplash.

Wall paint done. Starting on cabinets to free up some floor space.
