We are thrilled to announce that we are now providing our AI-powered support chatbot in Facebook Messenger to all BMO Financial Group customers. This is yet another stepping stone for Finn AI as we continue to work with global tier one banks to deliver new digital experiences in conversational interfaces. The virtual assistant named BMO Bolt, is capable of answering 250 commonly asked support questions, and will continue to learn over time. Read more about our partnership with this large national bank.
