Fiona's Fancies: Afternoon Tea Catering

So with Covid I have been unable to host tea parties BUT I am still baking for clients. Yesterday I made up an entire luxury afternoon tea package, delivered it to my client at their house where they hosted their own tea party to celebrate Valentines and Family Day. The package comprised (per person) three kinds of sandwiches (egg salad croissant, roast beef, mustard and lettuce on brown, cream cheese and cucumber on white); two scones (cranberry orange and chocolate chip); four fancies (white chocolate raspberry tartlet, millionaire's shortbread, lemon triangles and mini vanilla cupcakes). I received great feedback so I am thrilled!
