Painting shipping containers, experience using urethane enamels a must. Duties include: -Examining unit before painting, -Touching up any missed prepping or sharp edges from manufacturing.... -Helping with prepping when can isn't ready yet. -Applying urethane with a clean and professional look -High attention to detail, not letting a build leave without making sure the final product's quality is top notch. -Take charge of painting/prep department and make sure you are getting what you need to make the quality and speed what we expect. -High volume production atmosphere, willing to work as a team a must. -Must be self motivated and willing to jump in and help in other areas where needed. -Must not be injured, can work from and use ladders for rooftop access. -Must have work boots, own respirator, and a great attitude. We like to have fun and be productive so the right candidate must fit well within the team.
