Tired of cheap, factory installed, boat guides that simply don’t function properly? With boating season upon us, consider upgrading to our increasingly popular boat guides! With 8 years of proven, real-world, exposure on an 19’ boat trailer, quality is garunteed. Take the anxiety out of launching and loading your boat on windy days. Our design is much higher up the sides of the boat; when your trailer is in the water, the guides are still well above the water line which al...lows them to coral your boat no matter the angle of launch. Our guides are also 3 to 4 times longer than stock guides. By doing this, we eliminate any possibility of the boat wandering or twisting in the wind while over the trailer, the nose will stay straight and true on its way to the winch. For those of you who like to drive your boat on, these are the ticket for you! Take the guess work out of lining up and hoping you’ve found the winch. When adjusted correctly, the guides only sit 1.5 to 2 away from the sides of the boat so while you’re driving on, the boat will fit like a glove. If you’re a little off while driving in, the strength of the guides will force you in straight. Our drive for creating these stemmed from our own frustrations while loading heavy boats in windy conditions. Safety, reliability, and consistency is what we have achieved. There is something to be said for hand-cut talent, but precision clean-cut lines make your custom request that much more detailed! Our 4’ x 8’ Tracker CNC Table has the capability to cut up to 1 thick material. A CNC allows Firebeard’s to cut hundreds of plates, flanges, brackets, and gussets; tailored to your exact specifications. Images of designs/writing can also be uploaded and cut, to-scale. Our system also includes a nesting program to make sure every sheet of metal is used as efficiently as possible.

Here we have a snowblower that required a new hardened liner for the worn out barrel as well as sacrificial wear plates for areas taking the brunt of the loading. A little extra hard surface wire to the impeller for good measure.

It’s been a while since we’ve posted any new pictures, but rest assured we’re still hard at work! Check out the fabrication and installation of these security gates for access to wastewater treatment facilities.

Heavy equipment repair has become a regular part of our workload! More than 25lbs of dual shield flux core wire was added to this to fix this buckets tooth ache.

Had a chance to step away from our more typical work by completing this indoor bench! 5’ long x 20 wide x 18 high, steel fabricated legs with a 3 thick live edge slab finished with epoxy resin and Caribbean blue metallic accents.

A beautiful project we’ve been working on is finally complete, just in time for Santa! Made entirely of aluminum, this sleigh is 5’ x 5’ x 10’ at it’s largest dimensions; featuring a nice wide seat, perfect for a couple of elves and a man who enjoys cookies! It even comes with cup holders so he can make sure to bring enough milk. Excited to see this in the parade this year. Shout out to Pyramid Collision in Neepawa for the paint job!

A local dairy farming operation required a revamping of the holding corrals for their cows. New galvanized posts and horizontal railing. Done quickly and efficiently, with perfect fit-up, using the pipe notching setup on our welding rig! Give us a call for your pipe fencing needs big or small!

Here we had a stainless fertilizer bin installation. We were required to weld the bin feet to the mounting plates, and then to the load cells, which were in turn welded to the bin support structure. All 309 stainless welding with our mobile rig!

Here we had a mobile, stainless, tig-welding job; a local restaurant owner’s sink was in need of some modifications to make life easier for his dish washers. Two drip-boards were fabricated and installed to hold dirty and drying dishes. Made of 16 guage 304 food grade stainless.
