Tomato tonnato... Grilled romas stuffed with tonnato resting on a bed of pea shoots dressed in tomato vinaigrette, garnished with fried shallot, torn basil and more of the tomato vin. Many thanks to The Belgard for letting me run this feature last weekend.

Who does this strawberry think it is?

Peppadews, sweet pickled peppers, stuffed with goat cheese...a little crush of Maldon salt and a crack of black pepper. Great way to brighten any day.
