Some amazing photos from yesterday event at Fort McMurray area 63 Motorsports park.
Well I think we can call yesterday’s race a success...for one of us anyway. LOL Dave Higdon #8 blew a belt in the second lap of the first heat and called it a day. Donovan Pearce #6 finished second in the fist heat and over heated in the main event and had to pull into the pits and call it a day. ... Curtis Pearce #15 pulled out all the stops and got the checkered flag in the second heat and fought hard in the main event to get the checkered flag by half a car length. We had a special little fella start his racing carrier in the kids power wheels race. Owen, son of Donovan and Taylor. #maddensfight
Should be a good day on the track at Fort McMurray area 63 Motorsports park today. We will have Curtis Pearce in #15, Donovan Pearce in #6 and Dave Higdon in #8. Hope to see you guys at the track.

Well it was a late night of track maintenance and planning for Saturday! First things first, we have to keep our spectator numbers to a maximum of 200 people d...ue to the provincial COVID-19 requirements. We would ask everyone to help us maintain physical distancing while watching the races. 12:00 - Gates open to public (First 20 vehicles that donate $20 or more to the track will get VIP parking along the fence so you can view from your vehicle. Well didn’t get any pictures on the track tonight but the car is running good. With a couple tweaks and some TLC it will be ready to rip for the September 19th race! Thanks to Michael Snow for getting our #8 on the track again!
Our #8 will be going for a new look this week. Stay tuned for the reveal at the September 19th race at the Fort McMurray area 63 Motorsports park.
We shedded a few unwanted and unneeded pounds during the reviving of our #8.
Well we are super pumped to say the least that our #8 car is up and running again. Should be ready for the 19th with Donovan Pearce behind the wheel in its debut race.
Well we thought the #8 Integra engine was done. Just happened to get the car in the hands of the right mechanic and it is starting to get back together. Fingers crossed she is ready for the September 19th race at Fort McMurray area 63 Motorsports park.
The integra was a write off but thanks to Mike Snow for locating the issue with the head. We have located a new head in Edmonton and it will be here on Tuesday! Stay tuned for the updates and integra build!
That will make a perfect race car...most of the windows have been removed. LOL
Dash is out and the airbags are out of the car with all my teeth and no broken nose or black eyes so mission accomplished. Stay tuned for the exciting stuff. Cage and wrap and hopefully you’ll see it on the track on the 29th for the 2020 season opener.
Ok so after removing any key components during this car build I normally do a test and make sure the car starts before I move to disposing of the parts.
RSX Type S dash if anyone wants it let me know but you’ll need a lot of duct tape and some serious Red Green talent. Getting there with the RSX build!
